Please provide your employee roster by uploading the template or manually entering the employees’ information. Be sure to include all employees in your company that need to be subject to random drug and alcohol testing.

Per DOT regulation, if an employee has not been subject to random testing or had a pre-employment drug screen in the past 30 days, they will have to complete a pre-employment drug test before they can be added to a random drug testing pool or consortium. If your employees will need to complete pre-employment drug tests, these can be processed through TEAM once your account setup is complete.
